SPORTIQ - SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Sportiq, where we value your shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.

Order Processing and Dispatch:

All orders are typically processed, packed and given to a courier (dispatched) within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation via email or SMS.

Once your order is prepared for shipping and a label is created, you will receive a notification by email or SMS including the tracking details, based on the contact information you provided at checkout. If you do not receive this, please check junk mail or contact us and we will send manually.

This notification will include details about the courier company handling your shipment, along with a tracking number for your convenience.

Delivery Timeframes:

Please note that delivery time frames mentioned at checkout are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond Sportiq's control, such as courier logistics or delays, as well as lockdowns, transportation issues or other circumstance affecting transporting of goods.

We strive to use Australia Post as much as possible, with general shipping timeframes of 2-8 business days after dispatch depending on your location. If you pay for express delivery, this timeframe will decrease, estimates for this are provided at checkout and by the carrier in their tracking information. Regional deliveries generally take longer than metro due to courier depot locations, airport hub locations and other logistics.

Should your delivery be delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please reach out to us, and we will investigate and expedite your order as much as possible. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

We strive to use Australia Post who in most cases allow PO Box deliveries. If your freight option at checkout states Australia Post, we will use this carrier and if we can’t we will contact you before shipping to confirm you are okay with an alternative. If not we will find a resolution.

In some cases carriers have restrictions on delivering to P.O. Boxes. If we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, Sportiq will inform you within 2 business days and suggest the most suitable alternative service to fulfill your order. If necessary, Sportiq reserves the right to modify or cancel the order.

Shipping Logistics: Sportiq use common carriers who generally deliver orders during standard business hours. Various depots may have different rules, to clarify further you can contact the carrier who will advise. If you order multiple items from our website, you may receive multiple deliveries and in rare cases this could be with multiple carriers, as items may be shipped from various warehouse locations, however we strive to package items in the same satchel/box and with the same carrier. You will be advised if this is not the case.

For small to medium-sized items, in some cases carriers may not specify an exact delivery time. For larger items or orders, carriers may contact you, or provide a morning or afternoon delivery window. In most cases a notification is sent on the day your item is going to be delivered.

Upon receiving your package, please inspect both the box and its contents for any damage. Please do not destroy the packaging in case a return is required. If you believe significant damage is evident, please refuse the package and it will be returned to us. If you accept a damaged package or it is left at your location, promptly take photos of the damage to both the packaging and items and contact both the Courier Service and Sportiq. In cases where the package arrives undamaged but the item inside is damaged, take immediate photos and email them to info@sportiq.com.au.

Lightweight items are usually shipped via Australia Post, in rare cases and only after contacting you we may use other common carriers. You will receive an email notification once your item leaves the warehouse, allowing you to track your order online. Our standard shipping does not require a signature upon delivery as our orders are generally small enough to leave in a safe and out of sight location. If you require a signature on delivery, such as if you live in a gated complex or apartment with communal delivery areas and believe there could be problems, please advise us and we can arrange this. In some cases there may be a charge of $2.95, we reserve the right to request this charge, however in most cases it can be absorbed by Sportiq.

Medium or large order sizes: Sometimes can’t be shipped via Australia Post or Sendle due to size and will be sent through various freight carriers. We will advise if this is the case. Our standard agreement with these carriers, being common carriers, does not include scheduling a specific delivery time, but you can track your items online. Please note that delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates, and while we will do our best to assist, we cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries.

Delivery Address:

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. If an item is dispatched to an incorrect address, you may be liable and we reserve the right to pass on the cost of redirecting or redelivering the order. We strive to provide evidence of this charge, however it is not always possible, cost can vary depending on the distance between the incorrect and correct location however on average it is around $10.

Delivery Service:

The customer is always responsible for bringing the merchandise into their home due to security, OH&S and insurance liability restrictions of our carriers. We suggest having someone available to assist with larger orders if required. In apartments with communal mail areas, the item will usually be delivered to the mailing area and not up stairs to your door. This is not always possible and is not really a safe place to leave an item.

Unsuccessful Delivery:

In situations where our shipping partner cannot successfully deliver your order, they will leave a card with further delivery instructions. Sportiq reserves the right to charge for any additional costs incurred (e.g., shipping and storage) or to cancel the sale contract. In the latter case, we will issue a full refund, excluding any relevant shipping or storage costs.

International Shipping:

Please note that we currently do not offer international shipping. If any technical issues permit the purchase of our goods or services to an address outside of Australia, or if an order is placed and needs to be redirected or shipped internationally, Sportiq reserves the right to cancel the order.

Checking Order Status:

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number to monitor your shipment's status. Please allow up to 2 business days for the tracking information to become available. If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery dates provided by the carrier, or our estimated timeframes provided at checkout, please contact us at info@sportiq.com.au with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you. Your satisfaction is important to us.
